adesso AG publishes preliminary figures for the first half of 2010

Sales revenues and operating earnings up on the previous year but below guidance. Earnings forecast will be hard to achieve by now.

adesso AG was able to increase sales revenues and operating earnings in the second quarter of 2010 compared to the previous year and the first three months of the year. Total sales revenues went up by 16 % or EUR 5.3 million to EUR 37.8 million in the first half of the year. As the general economic situation continued recovering however, adesso was unable to maintain capacity utilisation for its consultants and software developers at the level of the previous six months. Contrary to the Company’s guidance, prices in 2010 have until now remained constant or dropped only slightly.

adesso enters industry specific SAP consulting and the energy and water utilities customer segment

adesso AG is entering the SAP consulting business with its initial acquisition of a 60 % share in evu.it GmbH. Dortmund-based evu.it has many years of experience in providing SAP solutions for energy and water utilities and is therefore well-suited to adesso’s strategy. The company generated over € 8 million in sales revenues with its 85 specialists and expects pre-tax returns of between 5 % and 7 % for 2010.

adesso AG with All-time High in Sales Revenues in 2009 – First Dividend Payment Suggested

adesso AG closed the 2009 business year with a new all-time high in sales revenues of EUR 71.3 million, despite the difficult general economic situation. This corresponds to an increase of 7 percent of which 4 percentage-points result from organic growth. The consolidated profit of EUR 3.6 million is less than last year’s result of EUR 4.3 million, but significantly exceeds the company’s own expectations for 2009. Corresponding to today’s decision of the Supervisory Board the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board will suggest a dividend payment for the first time of EUR 0.15 per share on the adesso annual shareholders meeting.

Acquired company being renamed adesso Austria GmbH / Expansion in Switzerland and Austria continuin

adesso AG is continuing to implement its expansion strategy by taking over Vienna-based beiT Consulting GmbH. Thanks to the acquisition of the successful company with 30 employees and annual sales of EUR 3.4 million in 2008 and planned EUR 5 million in 2009 adesso has now created the ideal platform to enter the Austrian market.

adesso AG revises 2008 forecast upward / Excellent preliminary six-month figures

Significant sales increase to EUR 30.8 million with a margin increase to 13.5%

adesso AG was able to generate the highest half-year sales in the history of the company in the first six months of 2008 at EUR 30.8 million, according to preliminary figures. Compared to the first six months of 2007, sales increased by 66%.
