Change in chairmanship in adesso Executive Board

Dortmund, 03 January 2011 – With effect from 01 January 2011 the Supervisory Board of adesso AG named Michael Kenfenheuer and Dr. Rüdiger Striemer as Co-CEOs. They resume chairmanship from Rainer Rudolf, who remains in charge of the divisions administration and legal affairs and, together with the other members of the board, stays in authority of adesso management.

With this change, Executive Board and Supervisory Board formally document the company’s focus on the operative business. Michael Kenfenheuer is being in charge of the divisions Consulting and Sales for more than 10 years now. Dr. Rüdiger Striemer has been responsible for Software Development since 2002 and took over authority for Corporate Communications already in 2001.

By the early renewal of the management contracts until 2015, which were to expire by the end of 2011, the Supervisory Board strengthens the continuity of adesso’s successful business management.
