adesso AG Early Renews Contract with CFO Christoph Junge by the End of 2014

Dortmund, 05 June 2009 - The Supervisory Board of adesso AG early renewed the contract of Christoph Junge (39), expiring by the end of this year, for another five years. Due to the given continuity in the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board recognized not least Junge’s part in the successful development of the fast growing company, which by now ranks among the Top 20 of Germany’s IT consultancy and system integration companies. As a member of the Executive Board Junge is in charge of the units Finances, Investor Relations as well as Mergers & Acquisitions and will now be a part of shaping adesso AG by the end of 2014. The manifested ambition of the Dortmund company is the expansion of its industry-specific business processes all over central Europe.

The graduated industrial engineer took over the leading position of the BOV AG, which merged with adesso AG in 2007 after having been successfully restructured. As head of the finance unit he decisively accompanied the merger. Together with the other three members of the Executive Board, Junge managed to expand the adesso market access embracing the complete German-speaking area by acquiring an Austrian subsidiary.

2008 was the the most successful year in company history with growth in sales revenues by 46 percent. adesso now has more than 550 members of staff and an annual revenue of 66.8 million Euros.
