adesso AG sales revenues and operating earnings at a high after nine months, earnings per share doubled

adesso AG closed the first nine months of 2011 with considerable sales revenues and earnings growth. Sales revenues rose by 30 % to EUR 79.0 million and operating earnings, based on EBITDA, went up by 77 % to EUR 7.2 million. The ongoing uncertainty on the financial markets and resulting anticipated unwillingness to invest among financial sector customers only had a minimal impact on adesso in the third quarter.

IT service provider adesso AG has reached the 12th place at the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards, which have been awarded in Frankfurt on 03 November 2011. Deloitte Technology Fast 50 prizes the fastest growing Germany technology companies and their achievements in an annual ranking. The rankings are based on the percentage growth in enterprise turnover over the last five years between 2006 and 2010. During this period, adesso increased its turnover by 626 per cent. With this rate, adesso is also nominated for the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA Awards of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

adesso´s subsidiary e-Spirit intensifies sales efforts for its product in North America

Foundation of e-Spirit Inc. and road show for partners at the end of October

adesso´s subsidiary e-Spirit, manufacturer of the content management system (CMS) FirstSpirit™, announced that it has founded a U.S. subsidiary with headquarter in Boston, MA. With this additional foreign location after founding of e-Spirit Ltd. in London for the UK region the company broadens significantly its action scope. From the new office in the U.S. e-Spirit will serve the rising demand for FirstSpirit from North American companies and will be closer to its customers and partners. As a next step it will further expand and develop its network of partners in the region. Hence e-Spirit will launch a road show at the end of October for interested partners and system integrators in three big American cities.

adesso AG continues strong sales and operating result growth in first half of year / forecast increased

adesso sets new sales and operating result records in first half of year / positive development continues in second quarter

In a positive market environment, adesso continued its strong development in the second quarter reaching new sales and operating result highs. The 40% sales increase to EUR 52.9 million was mainly due to the expansion of business in Switzerland, high license revenues from its own high-end content management system FirstSpirit, the continuing boom in the development of mobile applications and its first life insurance project. adesso’s own combination of consulting, tailored software development and solutions for mobilisation and digital content management won it a number of important new customers such as Debeka, KLM, Geberit and PAYBACK. 32 growth percentage points related to organic growth and 8 percentage points to the delayed effects of the change to the consolidated group.

adesso AG: Rainer Rudolf Resigns From Executive Board

adesso AG announces that Rainer Rudolf, co-founder and member of the Executive Board, leaves adesso on his own request in the course of the remaining year. Rainer Rudolf, graduated computer scientist, founded adesso AG 14 years ago together with Prof. Dr. Volker Gruhn, chairperson of the Supervisory Board. He distinctively shaped the successful development of adesso becoming one of the leading IT service providers in Germany with more than 750 members of staff. His responsibilities will be assumed by Executive Board member Christoph Junge.
