On January 23, 2009 , JNU GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on adesso AG, Dortmund, Germany, ISIN: DE0005493704, WKN: 549370, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 20, 2009 and now amount to 4.71% (this corresponds to 1882542 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 2.35% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 941271 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.

On January 23, 2009 , Ms. Jasmin Nussbaumer, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting Rights on adesso AG, Dortmund, Germany, ISIN: DE0005493704, WKN: 549370, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 20, 2009 and now amount to 4.71% (this corresponds to 1882542 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 4.71% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1882542 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Ms Nussbaumer.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.35% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 941271 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Ms Nussbaumer.
