adesso integrates IT Management services under one family brand
Subsidiary SITGATE AG integrated into adesso AG. Executive director Holger Danowsky new member of the adesso board of management
Dortmund, 2 August 2010 – By merging SITGATE AG into the parent company adesso AG, former SITGATE services in the field of IT management are being integrated into the existing adesso portfolio. In addition to offering industry-specific consulting services and software development, this step is expanding fulfilment capacities to provide operation and maintenance services for developed solutions. The integration is also pooling adesso’s know-how in cutting the total cost of ownership of existing data centres. In the course of the integration, Holger Danowsky (49), former SITGATE executive director, was appointed to the adesso AG Executive Board in July and heads the IT Management Consulting activities.

By merging the subsidiary into adesso AG the office network has expanded. Aachen and Luxembourg are now further adesso locations.
