adesso Schweiz AG Implements the Project ePRIS at Schweizerische Post
Electronic Accounting of Temporary Staff via an Internet Platform
Zurich/Dortmund, 23 June 2009 – In order to realize the electronic accounting of temporary employment adesso Schweiz AG integrated the existing personnel assignment system PES of Schweizerische Post into the platform ePRIS (electronic processes for interim personnel in Switzerland). ePRIS is an independent service for temporary employment agencies and their customers for the electronic mapping of working time accounts.
Processes involving temporary employment, activity recording and accounting in particular, are always connected with a lot of manual work as well as with numerous media breaks. This follows up with tremendous administrative efforts. ePRIS (www.epris.ch ) is an internet platform which maps such processes on an electronic basis and eliminates media breaks. The system considers the requirements of the companies and the temporary employment agencies as well as the existing IT infrastructures likewise.
In the context of the ePRIS project of Schweizerische Post, adesso Schweiz AG connected the existing personnel assignment system PES to the ePRIS platform of M&D Computer Beratung und Support AG. The platform cumulates activity recordings of temporary staff and makes them electronically available to the corresponding agency (Adecco). The agency is able to make digital signatures of the accounts. All accounts have to be checked and released by the working time controller in the PES. After that, the invoice is transmitted to the purchasing department (eBuyer) and the remuneration is being initiated.
Project Details
adesso is responsible for all project phases in the integration of the ePRIS process into the PES. This comprises the requirements analysis, the active shaping of interface formats, the design of the architecture within the PES, the quality and test management as well as the roll out and the implementation support.
Hansjörg Suess, manager of adesso Schweiz AG, underlines the project’s importance to show adesso’s competence as a full IT service provider.
