The adesso process consultants analyzed the sales processes of Mediaprint and then subjected them to optimisation and redesign. Our experts prepared and planned the implementation resp. adaptation of the new processes by developing the process documentation, the business case calculation and the target specifications.

Moreover, in the context of an interface project for linking CRM standard software on the basis of service-oriented architecture (SOA), the adesso consultants gave Mediaprint advice and then took over the implementation of the project.
